Furnace Doctors

"We were having trouble with our furnace that Furnace Doctors/Furnace Physicians installed 5 years prior. When I first called for service, the owner called me right away and got a tech out promptly. That impressed me! But, things go South from there. The tech provided me with a price on product at the diagnostic appointment, in which I agreed to, and he advised me he would order the appropriate part. A month went by and he finally got back out to our house (mind you, this was during winter months and we were without heat) and the price doubled for the part since our initial meeting. Out of desperation, I agreed to the inflated costs. Then, three months after replacing the board (the part we had ordered), our furnace broke again. My husband called the tech. The tech told my husband he would come by the next day between 2-4 p.m. to take a look and he never showed up. My husband took off of work to be home. We tried calling him (his voicemail was full) and wrote an email to the company expressing our dissatisfaction and we still have yet to get a call or an apology. Do not recommend."
