"The doctors other clinical staff are caring and very good. The administration and management of the office are not. I'm often given incorrect information. I've also checked in with reception and been marked as a no-show, not had my insurance information updated with the on-site lab, been scheduled with the wrong provider, been told to wait for medication to be ordered to schedule (medication never ordered), and been told to expect calls which are never made. Because I'm happy with the care I receive once I actually see a provider, I'm willing to dismiss the inconvenience for now. However, my advice is to assume you will face a mistake any time you're making arrangements for appointments, labs, or treatments. Call before you drive over and confirm everyone is on the same page. If you're told to expect a call, ask for a firm date. Then call them after that ETA has passed with no communication - my experience has been that the task was forgotten completely, and you have to advocate for yourself to get what you need from the staff here."

"3 hours before scheduled appointment, (which we waited 8 weeks for) my 94 year old hearing impaired Dad was called and canceled, the decision being Dr. Terkonda decided the night before not to treat Ear patients anymore. Why he could not fulfill his obligations, refer out, and not take future ear patients was not explained. I suggest he review the hypocratic oath, including the "first do no harm". This event was handled so poorly and unprofessionally I would RUN, not walk away from this medical practice. Shame on him."

"Started getting treatments twice yearly in 3/2020. I have always been a big baby about IV’s, they do the most painless pokes I’ve ever had! The staff is exceptional, I was elated when the name was all that changed. I cant express enough how the Nurses are attentive & extremely gentle. The coffee bar is a nice treat & touch; but my favorite is the fish tank in the waiting room. I only wish I could stare at the beautiful saltwater tank during treatment."

She helped address and get it resolved in a matter of minutes. Love team members with a “can do” attitude!"

We were able to reach their medical team when urgent issues arose, their evaluation has been comprehensive working with our numerous other specialists, and teams to develop a comprehensive care plan. For the first time in 10 years we finally are getting answers to plaguing questions. We recommended family friends last week that had been dealing with chronic immune deficiency issues and Veros health was able to get them in on an urgent basis, support their child's COVID that wouldn't go away after months. Testing was able to be done in house, results and a treatment plan were able to be established!
