"I visited a few weeks ago and was supposed to get blood work and an MRI done before the endo f the year and have heard absolutely nothing from anyone. Have tried calling twice, and the first time, I was told the MRI had not been scheduled yet as they were waiting for something?? Then I called again the next day and left a VM, and still no call back or anything. I truly hate our medical services and lack of follow through. I now will have to pay more money out of pocket due to their lack of follow-through. I'm very disappointed."

He knows everything about you when you visit. This office truly cares about their patients. Donna, who I believe is the office manager, handles everything about this office. She truly cares as well!"
"I was lucky enough to be referred by my FMD to this office, and so happy I was because Yury is an amazing physician. He ordered some blood work because of his suspicions and was spot on that there was something amiss. I really appreciate his attention to detail, professionalism, as well as his kind bedside manner. As far as office staff, they are okay, but seem very busy/abrupt at times, but overall pretty friendly."
"I've seen a lot of Neuro's since my Multiple Sclerosis diagnoses 8 years ago. Yury is by far the most amazing Neuro ever. He is so compassionate, caring, experienced and most of all he values my thoughts and feelings in my treatment and welcomes them. That's so unusual with a Neuro that treats MS. He laughs with us, cracks jokes and even though I know my illness will progress he gives me hope for the best possible life with MS. The office staff is amazing, seeing them is like seeing girlfriends you haven't seen in a while and they ALWAYS make me feel welcomed. I highly recommend Alpine for anyone who needs a really good, experienced, knowledgeable Neuro, Yury will not disappoint!"
