Brent is a doctor who is a great listener, but brings an informed and educated opinion. When many doctors run as many patients through the doors as possible in a day, Brent takes the time to sit and get to know you and develop a relationship with you, and makes sure to never rush you or make you feel less important than the next patient. "Three major issues with this doctor: 1) Insisted on scheduling an office visit to discuss perfectly normal routine blood results instead of giving them over the phone, which led us to believe there was something wrong when there wasn’t. 2) Waited over A YEAR to submit anything to our insurance AND claimed it was an office visit instead of preventive / wellness (which was explicitly discussed it was). Received a nearly $500 bill 13 months after the fact for visits that would have been covered by insurance if they were billed correctly. 3) No one from this office has returned repeated phone calls about the bill mentioned above, but has continued to send “Past Due” notices. Maybe someone from this office reads reviews and will actually return our phone calls about these bogus bills. We are forced to file a dispute with our insurance company for a routine visit in the past plan year that was utterly worthless to begin with. Save yourself the headache and hassle and go to a reputable and ethical practice."

"I've been in and out of doctor's offices for the past twelve years, and Dr. Jaster's approach certainly stands out among others'. He spends a significant amount of time with you and really, actually listens to what's going on. He connects issues and identifies potential root causes and helps put together a plan WITH you on how to solve or manage things, much like a therapist or life coach would. He is kind, patient, and genuinely cares for his patients. I appreciate that his office is different, and he employs minimal staff.
