"Absolutely ZERO urgency or communication between receptionists and doctors. They don’t care if your messages and medications are marked urgent, they’ll straight up ignore them. They messed up one of my prescriptions that I paid $40 for and is NOT recommended for my condition, and have made it such a pain in the rear to correct THEIR mistake. I’ve been trying to get this sorted out since 2/27. Loved them while I had Medicaid. Not so much since having Cigna."

"This was my first visiting this clinic. I had to change my PCP because the clinic no longer except United Health. I’m on Medical Care and have United Health as a supplement insurance. When Dr Humble entered the room she had done her due diligence before she enter the examine room. I was very surprised with the questions she asked me. I thought, Wow, this woman really was interested in me. I love her bed side manner and I think she is going in right direction to find an answer for me. My two daughters go to this clinic and love the doctors."

"Going into the office was great. The front desk person made me think that my appointment was important. The nurse didn't hear a word I said and was very hateful. She gave the Dr. The wrong information. Beyond that the two other people that I saw seemed to be helpful."
