"Maybe he was having an off day when compared to other recent reviews, but he was rather dismissive and cocky during my appointment. Maybe I was expecting too much from the appointment, but audiologist should be able to but the appointment definitely fell short of offering insight of what an audiologist should be capable of, including: "diagnose, manage, and treat patients who have hearing, balance, or related problems." I should have gone to another provider in the area who seems more knowledgeable about tinnitus, auditory nerves, and head/neck trauma. No answer. No proposed solution. Just....talk with your drs."

"I took my 88 year old mother to see Nathan for the first time this past week. She was very impressed - and she isn't easily impressed. She has profound hearing loss and is in the beginning stages of dementia so she is frustrated most of the time. Nathan did a great job of explaining everything with just the right amount of detail so that my mother could understand what was happening without being overwhelmed."
