"I met with my new Doctor and she was very helpful and concerned about a few things that she wants to address. I also met a new behavioral therapist and found her to be pleasant to talk to. I had gotten a notice that my healthcare benefits were going to be canceled because I hadn't sent documentation for some things. I met with Kevin Becker and I give him a big thumbs up for going through a stack of paperwork that I had a hard time understanding and he was able to get me all straightened out!! He is the care counselor and did a great job of explaining what I had to do."

I love every PA and Dr I have seen at the Englewood and Aurora Clinic, they have always taken their time with me and been very thorough and have always met everyone of my needs and concerns. I have never had to wait to be seen, they are always on time , which is another 5 stars in my book!!"

"First clinic was filthy and unprofessional. They recorded my weight wrong by 100 pounds. Second clinic was 0f almost average cleanliness. Provider didn't have time to talk to me about both reasons I made an appointment. My worst ever medical appointments. I will not return!"

The customer service is vague about Rude and doesn't help me in any way. I am still waiting to hear back from the doctor regarding my knee. This has been the worst experience I've had with mcpn."
