"As a self pay customer I asked how much my emergency ultrasound would be and they assured me it was going to be 1200$, which was a lot more than I could afford but I agreed since they put pressure on the necessity of it. They billed me for 3100$!! They did a lot of unnecessary extra things during the ultrasound that apparently cost a lot more than the quote and never asked if that was ok. I was in there for 10 mins and got charged 1900$ more than I agreed to. I tried to call them and fix it; but they sent it to collections. How you can do this to a low income self pay mom expecting twins is a mystery to me. Absolutely appalled by this!"
