"I saw Jeffery for the first time in 2018. I had 2 pages of symptoms. The first symptom he had pointed out was my "anxiety", which was a minor symptom. His PA later on saw that I had eds and many other things. I was gaslight before even looking at labs, blood pressure or anything else. Seriously could have saved me years of pain but had to have a very poor outlook on a young girl in pain. Edit: I have been working with providers who do their diligence before blaming it on anxiety. I have less "anxiety" and a more active life than I did before. This was a symptom of a deeper diagnosis. The level of discrimination that I received through my care was shocking. I hope no one else has to receive this kind of care and he can improve how he treats people"

"The front desk is a mess and the providers don't care about you. I had been going here for years and never again. They may or may not have lost my bloodwork no one knows and I asked 3 times for a provider to call me as they canceled my appointment to go over what blood work they did have. No one called. I sent a records release to switch providers with a note letting them know again that I asked for someone to call me. Nobody cares! At least I have my records and can move on."

"If you're looking for a second job babysitting their staff, this place is for you. If you are amused by watching incompetence followed by not even an ounce of shame, this place is for you. In other words if you're looking for a comedy store this is the place. If you're looking for a Dr's Office I'd suggest you go somewhere else. The Dr/Nurse are fine, but the staff are something else. Forgetting to file prescriptions, not answering the phone, not returning phone calls, flat out lying to you, just generally screwing up constantly. Plan on constantly reminding them to do their job. This is one of those rare places that need a zero star rating."

I was seen by Jennifer Hooker. She was AMAZING. She listened, she showed understanding, she was extremely supportive and friendly. I got what I came for - care!!!! Highly recommend this office."
