"Do NOT go here! The doctors aren't knowledgeable, they use incorrect billing codes your insurance won't cover for normal visits, and they order bloodwork that doesn't apply to your visit. When you call to straighten out the miscoding and inappropriate charges, they give you the run around. I've been trying for 6 months to straighten this out, and they refuse to call me back. The people I need to speak with are always in meetings. When I tried to get a referral sent to another doctor's office, they "faxed" the paperwork to my cell phone number, not the doctor's office, causing me to run out of the medication that keeps me alive. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!"
"Was not a fan of my neurologist experience. My doctor was educated enough but struggling with a major concussion has made me hate this place. Walked out of there with little direction and no real hope for the future. No availability or priority for brain pain, they just don't care to find out what you're going through. Just abysmal treatment. If the office is losing practicioners they should be forthcoming and suggest somewhere else to call."
"As a young adult I was hoping to find a physician that is able to help me improve my health and also understand. I felt that in this practice my care and needs were drastically overlooked. I presented two different concerns at two different appointments. In both situations i felt as though i was talked down upon and my concerns were something to be overlooked. It took 3+ weeks for me to receive my labs results- and I had to call and ask, they weren’t provided to me with the call that I was assured I would receive. In my experiences this practices standard of care is not upheld to every single patient."
"This has been one of the worst primary car experiences of my life. I transferred from another new west physicians office because I had such a great experience with them. Unfortunately this communication and issues with billing for labs after a physical have been a nightmare. Getting communication about the labs results was hard enough. But it's been 6 month since my physical and I ultimately just paid for the pap smear because the MD office insists the billing has been fixed since Feb and I continue to get delinquent notices about the issue. When I call Quest they have no problem telling me that I'm being charged for a pap because it was not coded as an annual physical. Don't waste your time or energy here, it will literally cost you more in the long run and you'll have the join of looking for a new md in less than a year. Let me be clear, my visit was fine, it was all of the communication, or lack there of, and inability to properly code simple annual lab work to ensure I don't have to shell out an extra $100 a visit for labs that should have been fully covered. But after 6 months and hours of phone tag, sitting in hold and re explaining the issue time and.time again with no results, I have to start evaluating my time vs the billing trying to not pay and it's just not worth the battle anymore."
"This practice is so difficult to contact and has such poor communication. When calling for an appointment, the wait is at least 45 minutes to an hour. Often their phone will disconnect the call after 30 minutes or more of waiting so you have to call back and start the wait all over. Staff does not call with medical results. Even if you can get through to leave a message, no one calls you back!"
