"I moved to CO 3 months ago and my new insurance just kicked in. I was very anxious to get to a doctor because i had been having some odd symptoms. UHC assigned me this ‘doctor’ so I figured I’d just go. They told me to come in at 10:15 am fasted because I had requested blood work. When the doctor walked in, I was prepared to discuss my medical history, medication history, and current symptoms. I also explained what I was hoping to do: bloodwork and a chest xray. I also informed him that my therapist instructed me to inquire about a specific non-narcotic anxiety medication (which is an extremely popular and widely used medicine that I had heard of for many years). After going over some history, this doctor went in his office and had me take pictures of multiple diet and health food books which he requested I read. He than explained he would eventually get to the blood work “maybe on the next or 3rd visit”. He than told me stories about the first time he learned what anxiety was. Than he told me he had never heard of this specific medication. Than he told me why marijuana use is absolutely horrible and he wont usually treat people who smoke pot. He refused a chest xray, and also completely ignored that i was told to fast to get my blood work done. He than finally looked at me and asked me what I would like him to prescribe and how I would like to proceed. Ignoring my debilitating chest pain, ignoring the fact that i was in an ambulance for fainting a week prior, ignoring the fact that my throat (at times) felt like it was swelling shut. Ignoring my families significant medical history. Ignoring every little detail that brought me into the office in the first place. Never in my life have I ever felt so incredibly uncomfortable in a doctors office. And never in my life have I witnessed such an incompetent and impersonal ‘doctor’. You can tell by his office that he has not kept up with the times for the past 25 years... and that probably translates over to his medical knowledge as well. I will never return and i URGE you to find another doctor and not to waste your time."

"He took the time to access my background. He showed genuine interest in my issues. He suggested both holistic approaches and medical approaches. To me he is an excellent blend. Although if you want strictly medical approaches he won't suggest holistic things. His office is a little bit done down but that's aesthetics. He is professional and knowledgeable. This is what I look for."

"First doctor I've ever had where I always looked forward to going to see him. Love the balanced eastern/western approach to medicine. Feel like he whole heartily cares for his patients and has a ton of experience. Honestly couldn't think of a doctor I would recommend any higher."
