"No kidding, before answering any question in this office, PLEASE ask if you will receive an EXTRA BILL for answering your or your loved ones' health-related issues! Be cautious. Also, they accused my wife and me that we were exploiting the preventive service and getting all the things we wanted for Free. Hey, I am paying more than $7K annually for my insurance! This is what happened: I visited this office for preventive checks twice in 2021 and 2022 so far. Both times I received a bill from my insurance because I discussed with my Doctor my health situation! This year explicitly, I called and requested a preventive check appointment. However, they claimed this visit was NOT considered preventive after my wife shared her health history with the family doctor! I ended up receiving a bill for $124.23 from the insurance company. All we did was, answer the Doctor when we were asked if there were any other health issues/symptoms, and we were charged for this!"

"I've never had a true PCP almost my entire life. I've always just gone straight to specialists with my health concerns. It feels SO great to have found Rachel at Comprehensive Family Medicine. Not only did she do a thorough exam / physical she also offered to test my thyroid levels moving forward so I could have more of an intimate one on one with her vs. telehealth specialists. I had my thyroid removed and have never had a doctor care so much about following up on my needs and my health. 10/10 would recommend going to Rachel if you are looking for a fantastic primary doctor."

"I've been a patient of Dr Gratigny's since roughly 2004. She's a wonderful Doctor, I believe she truly cares for her patients and respects them. I've had health insurance until a few years ago when the cost of everything rising forced me to put health insurance on the back burner and pay out of pocket. I recently feel that my care from this office reflects the fact that I can't afford health insurance. For example, I had an ER visit back in February, spoke with my Dr, and was expecting a callback and it's now the end of April and I've heard nothing. Additionally, I called yesterday, left a voicemail regarding medications and concerns of dosage and no one has bothered to call me back. For all the years I had health insurance, I was not treated this way. I'm disappointed and looking for a new Dr after 18 years of being her patient. I guess class warfare really is a thing."

"Nurse Practitioner Rachel is fabulous, Ginger is no longer at this practice. Our family chose this office over a year ago, and while I haven’t personally met with either doctor, the front desk staff of Tammy and Ethan are wonderful and accommodating. We have lived many places around the country and overseas, and the simplicity of making appointments, leaving messages, and receiving information from this office has been spectacular. Small office, great people, great care and communication."
