"The late policy is used to bludgeon patients. I had fasted for 10 hours, was 5 minutes late to the appointment, and asked to reschedule. As a busy person with kids and a job, it's not easy to be perfectly on time. But 5 minutes late? This is indicative of someone that should not be dealing with customers. Avoid. There are a lot of other better doctors."
