"This review is long over due!! I have been coming to Rejuvenating Essentials for several months now. Making this part of my own self care has really made a difference in my life. I personally go to Kerri for my treatments but I hear wonderful things about Vanessa. The space sets up beautifully the stage to reset. You are welcomed with love and compassion, allowing yourself to make easier to let go. Now when the work begins, please be mindful of why you there. Don’t be on your phone, why this time is for you. Kerri ensures to make sure you are comfortable and at ease.. every session I have done, has always been very intentional. Which is why I believe every session can build off each other. Allows to go deeper. "Going to Rejuvenating Essentials was the first time I've been in December of 2020. The results were amazing. After each of my appointments, I go home and end up taking a nap. If you have never had foot reflexology on your feet, you've been totally missing out on an amazing feeling. I was going to be having ankle replacement surgery and knee replacement surgery, as long as Vanessa is doing her reflexology work on my feet, there will be no surgeries.."
