"For Christmas, I was given a gift certificate for the Woodworking 101: Table class here. I had a really great time and learned so much. After two Saturday/Sunday afternoon sessions, I brought home a strong, great looking table to sand and finish however I please. Equipment training and topics covered include: safety, chop/miter saw, joiner, table saw, planer, router, pocket jigs, shopping for and selecting wood, staining and finishing, purchasing equipment, and recovering from mistakes. Free flowing conversations and you can ask any question that crosses your mind from the most basic of beginner questions to more advanced topics, if you have prior experience. Reasonable, fair prices and you're supporting a small family business. I'm definitely taking another class."

"If a class is only as good as its teacher, the Beginner Table Class is pretty darn good. Tracy is both a talented woodworker and educator. She's no-nonsense and encouraging, with a quick sense of humor. The class itself flew by without feeling rushed. You'll have plenty of time to get your hands sawdusty, and ask all and any question that comes to mind about woodworking. For a hobby that's always been intimidating to me, I left feeling confident and excited to learn more — which is why I've already signed up for the Intermediate class. The attached photos show the finished product. The lil' table just needs to be sanded and stained."

"If I could add ten stars I would. If you ever wished you could’ve taken shop class in high school but didn’t get the chance, this studio is for you! Tracy teaches two great, very reasonably priced, beginner classes and even if you think you can’t do it, you can! She walks everyone through either a table or a bookshelf, depending on which class you choose. She teaches you all about the saws and all the basic skills you’ll need to make your project and then you’re ready to move on to the Intermediate class, if you love if as much as I did!! I may never stop taking classes here, so glad I found this place! Made my bookshelf in one two-day weekend class, and now just have to sand and finish, which she went over in class. This class is a lot of fun, you won’t regret taking it!"

"My boyfriend had booked this woodwork beginner class as our anniversary gift. Just completed the two-day beginner bookshelf class with Tracy (instructor). It was an amazing and fun experience. We had no prior woodworking experience, and this was the best introductory class to get into woodworking. Tracy is a fabulous instructor.
