"I am so pleased with my purchase of my refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer from the first time I walked into the outlet store until delivery. The salesman and delivery men were very professional and the lead delivery man ran all appliances (entire cycles for the dishwasher and washer) to ensure they operated. He thoroughly explained how to operate each appliance as well. I was also impressed when they removed my old appliances that they vacuumed thoroughly before installing the new ones. All the appliances are still operating as if new. I had originally purchased some of the appliances at Lowe’s but when I researched their third part delivery company there were so many complaints on damage to their property and rudeness that I cancelled the order before the delivery date. I highly recommend the Appliance Outlet. Thank you for the positive experience!"

"Our 12-13 yo microwave abruptly bit the dust. We wanted to see what was new so checked out some appliance stores - 4 to be exact. Appliance Outlet beat the others hands down! The associate who helped us listened to what we were looking for then showed us the ones that met our criteria. She was very knowledgeable about features and well versed on her inventory. Friendly, courteous and helpful!! The store was bright, clean and well organized! Their inventory, while not huge, offered sufficient variety and options. They offer a military discount in addition to their already greatly discounted prices. IMO the best place for appliance purchases in Colorado Springs!! Update: the good news is their awesome service doesn't stop when you sign the dotted line. The installers just cam - Johnny & Jordan - and they were super!! Again, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. When they pulled the range out, they offered us the opportunity to sweep up collected dust we can't normally get to. They treated our home with care and respect, took time to explain and answer questions and were very efficient! Two thumbs up!!"

"Yup great experience. No pressure sales. Good prices. The store was packed tight with affordable well marked merchandise. Delivery was swift easy and inexpensive. What more could we want? Plus I didn't sense any shady behavior. I always expect salesmen to have big dollar signs in their eyes. But they played it like they couldn't care less. Until I picked out my new dryer, which is awesome, at that point it was painless and easy. That's kinda what people are looking for. Let us check everything out and when we've chosen, then bend over backwards to make the sale. Appliances generally cost twice what they did twenty five years ago. Good job!"

Outstanding Sales and helped us pick out the right appliances for our needs and for the existing dimensions of each appliance. We had 28” of clearance between the Island counter top to the wall and he led us to the Kitchen Aid fridge that Johnny and Jordan made it through perfectly. Delivery was less than a week of our purchase, and each delivery was preceded with a “heads up” call from Johnny and a text message sent the day before to confirm delivery time. Expert Installation and knowledgable Sales, you can’t go wrong. We shopped at 5 places before we made our last stop at AO, and we are so very happy we purchased at our last stop."
