"I had a wonderful experience after a not so great experience. I had a guy named Logan come look at my walk in after spending several hours in my freezer, not talking to me at all unless to mansplain the situation, be rude, and leaving his mess everywhere for us to clean up… 2 days later the walk in is still broken! I called DNI back and they sent out Angel who was literally the answer to my walk in prayers. He was super thorough, respectful, and got the job done quick and neatly!
