"Do not buy from this place. I spent $970 on a washer and dryer set that never really worked. One year later and the machines completely stopped working. I called to ask them about my options and they said they do no servicing and that their only option is to buy a new set. The guy even said “you got lucky it lasted as long as it did.” ONE YEAR… $970…. Insane."
"Last year around Halloween I bought a stove and fridge. Came back over 6 months later to buy another Fridge, stove and washing machine with a year warranty for each. This place is my happy place. When I need to renovate and need used appliances that work really well. I go here. Like waiting from 930 til 10 for opening. They help load up everything. I will be back. I have my eye on a red Fridge that takes me back to the 80s garage coca cola days."
"Your sales guy was courteous and very helpful but later could not give me a straight answer in the status of why the machines he sold me were defective. I was made to wait about a month and a half before I was finally able to get machines that worked. Initially he told me that the washing machine was finally repaired but was waiting for the dryer to also be repaired (was not getting hot), before sending them back to me together, then later he told me that the tech people "could not" repair it, but had to replace the machine with another. Did he just lie to the customer? Is this what your customers can look forward to for their next purchase? There also seems to be poor communication and very little courtesy follow up phone calls updating any present information. Essentially I paid $621 dollars for two machines that didn't work and waited a month and a half to finally get them repaired. Does this company make a habit of selling broken machines on the selling floor to the customer?"
"Had a terrible experience with delivery from this store on a recent purchase for rental units. Originally they tell you delivery is 3-4 weeks out, but somehow have delivery windows 2 days later. They use 3rd party companies who don't either understand the stores communication policy or don't follow up. The sales people also don't follow up like they say. Delivery attempt #1 they, either AUP or 3rd party vendor, was supposed to CALL the Friday before Monday delivery to confirm. They never did. We did see an email the day before, clicked to confirm, we waited around during the 12-4 window, no one shows, we start calling around, the delivery company tells us the truck broke down, they tell AUA no one there at time of delivery. We call a few times during the week to see what happened and reschedule. Never hear anything back. Call a third time and talk to the rep who sold the appliances, again said they'd get back to us. Delivery attempt 2 the next week comes, no call or email to verify, just a call 10 minutes out to say they are on the way and will only wait 10 minutes for us to get there even though we asked for a call 30 minutes out to make sure someone was there. When one of our vendors did make it to the delivery as they were pulling off, they were reportedly quite unprofessional. If buying from here, it is best to do your own pickup. We havent had an issue with service the 2 previous orders where we did our own pickup."
"My first purchase went a little rough initially - not because of the store. The store was great and a great price for the appliances. Delivery was the problem. 2 weeks and 2 missed planned deliveries and the appliances were all banged up (not how they were when I bought them). I rejected them and they refunded my money. I’m back today - wiser. Same great deals and super helpful ( thank you Gene and Daryl). But I’m going to take them with me! Will totally buy appliances from them again but give delivery a pass."
