"Not walk in customer friendly. Used to be able to walk the displays to find what you really wanted or a sample that could be ordered and you knew what you were getting. Now all on computer, roll the dice take your chances. If that's how I wanted to buy these sort of products...HELLO AMAZON."

"Good service, was recommended by CW. Purchased fifth wheel B&W hitch, asked if all parts were present. Was told yes, but at installation less than two hours later found out some very important brackets were not included, needed for newer style truck. Now have to wait a day for parts to come in. Just closed on selling the house and living temporary in hotel. So I will give the four instead of five stars. Will go back due to great selection of truck and trailer hard ware."

"So I had my truck in twice after installing air ride, fifth wheel hitch and electric trailer lights plug in bed. The first time air ride wouldn’t hold air. Then after driving to Lubbock Tx (7.5 hours one way) I got there to pick up fifth wheel camper and the air ride bags shifted putting it off center and trailer lights didn’t work!!! After speaking with parts I was told that I should find someone in Lubbock to fix it! Mind you it was 5:00 pm on Friday night! Then I was told if I haul the trailer they wouldn’t warranty the product! Now I’m sitting in the store at 7am on Monday morning and the manager can’t even come talk to me! He’s hiding in his little crows nest doing paper work. So 1000 miles, $300 in fuel and fifth wheel! Now shop foreman says I had a blown fuse but it was never hooked up to anything till I got to Texas to pick up fifth wheel! I will never come back or give this company and referral! Wish I could post a picture for all to see!"
