"The people that work here are idiots, they have no idea what is going on, they lose parts that were ordered to the store and try to pass blame to the customer. My company has done alot of business through napa but today that ends. Rory the "store manager" couldn't find the parts and when he realized they messed up and lost the parts he says " we only keep the parts for 2 days then put them on the shelf" napa was supposed to call me when the parts came in, noone ever called. When I called to ask about the parts because it was taking awhile they said "we don't seem to have any tracking information, we will reorder these and give you a call when they come back in" Save yourself some time and hassle and don't go to this napa, the napa on north academy is way better and the staff knows what they're doing. I know they're all franchised but I'll stay clear of the idiots down at south academy Napa."

"I called this morning asking if they had a part for my car was told it would be a hour and half to two hours for them to get it to their store so I came in two hours later the person at the counter didn’t know what I was talking about came back stated it be Monday for that part waisted 20 minutes of my time parts are good but the service is terrible"
