"I stumbled upon this place when I had terrible tires during a huge storm.I called multiple places and everyone had a 2-3 week wait when I called Alpine in a panic they genuinely cared about my safety, they got me straight in aired up my tires and ordered me a new set which they put on same day. "Can't here to get my alignment fixed. I was told there was one car ahead of me. An elderly white couple came in several minutes after me, and after waiting about an hour their car was finished while mine was just being moved into the bays to start work. I can't help but think they received preferential treatment because they were a wealthy white couple. Either way, I was told on the phone no appointments and it was first come first serve, so I'm not sure why this happened. Although this place was recommended, I will not be coming back here. FYI, my service hasn't been completed yet, will update if service isn't good"
