"Would not recommend - kind of a bait and switch. They offered one price for vehicle on the phone, when the picked it up from the office they gave my guy about half and took the vehicle - he was just there to help with the exchange because they wanted to come earlier than scheduled and he was helping out as I couldn't make that time. I spoke to Leonard who says he's the owner and his response was "too bad - be mad at your guy because the took the cash". If you're going to change your offer you should have called - I mean you called me to change the pickup time so you obviously had my number. IMO it's shady business to take advantage of a situation like they did."
"Marc was amazing! I had four vehicles that I needed towed that belonged to my late husband. None of them were in working condition, and two of them weren’t on tires. He handled everything carefully and compassionately, and, even in the snow we got, he was still incredibly pleasant. It was a difficult process for me, and I think had it been anyone else, it would not have been such a good experience. Thank you, Marc!"
"I thought they did an excellent job! Don't expect to make a bunch of money off your vehicle, but that's the cost of convenience. David is an excellent driver and made the process as easy as possible. Got a few good laughs along the way too. You expect the worse with companies like this, but I was pleasantly surprised that they earned 5 stars they deserve."
"That was the easiest I have ever gotten rid of a car. From the time I put in my information until David came and picked up the vehicle, smooth. That is just the best way to describe it was just smooth. The driver David was very professional and courtious. He inspected the car filled out the paperwork and hooked the car up in under 15 minutes. Thank you all for making this so easy for me."
