"Bought a used engine for my Subaru Forester. Shipping was quick and the engine was in great shape. Unfortunately it was listed slightly incorrectly (very hard to tell the variance on this particular engine) and wouldn't work for my application. Contacted Mike, he was super helpful and communicative, took the engine back no problem and gave me a full refund. Even though this particular engine didn't work out for me, my experience with the customer service was overall very positive."
