"Employee approved charges to my bank account twice and told me it was declined both times. Now I have to dispute the POSTED CHARGES with no cooperation from establishment or management or anybody for that matter!"

"This is for the Advance Auto on 53rd and Wadsworth and my visit was on Wednesday the 15th of November. There were two young guys in the store and I had my battery tested. The guy said I needed a new one. I left my wife to to deal with the purchase as I just had surgery on my foot and couldn't stand on it, yet i went out and disconnected the battery in my car to make things go smoother for the store employee to do the exchange. Out walks my wife, lugging a battery to our vehicle. I got real hot at that. I've been a loyal customer of this store through 2 major upgrades on a Jeep and a 70 GMC and the guys were always great. Not only did these two guys watch my wife lug out an heavy battery they didn't even offer her a cart to wheel it out. This is on the Advance Auto website: " BATTERY INSTALLATION Get free battery installation when you purchase a new battery from us. Available for most vehicles." We paid over $230.00 for the battery but that didn't seem to matter to the boys running the store. One of the guys, he had long tangled red hair walked by when I was installing the battery and I asked him why he let my wife hand carry a battery right past both guys in the store and not offer to assist or to install it. He said "sorry" without concern or looking at me and wormed his way past me so he could go to his car. What kind of establishment hires worthless boys to operate an Advance Auto who refuse to be gentlemen enough to help a 62 year old woman carry out a battery? What a pathetic workforce this city is dealing with. Every single review I've done on Yelp I've complained about the young "men"...it has always been about young people...Now I wonder if I really needed a battery after all.."
