"Dr. French, he must be from France because he definitely doesn't understand how the medical world in USA works. The receptionists are less helpful than dry bread. Good luck to anyone seeking "treatment"."

"Staff does not pick up phone, dont answer messages on the app, do not return calls. When they do they call they call from a new number each time and don't pick up the phone when you call them back. If you need a letter for a government job establishing you have no functional impairment and justifying the medications youre on prescribed by Dr. French good luck. His awful letter that was barely two paragraphs and his and his staffs inability to to get me a better letter and my session records to the government cost me a job that would have changed my life. He and his staff are also incapable of handling medication refills. Ive been requesting refills for weeks and no one will respond back. I am now unfortunately off all my medications that allow me to function because I can't find a replacement psychiatrist. If you don't want to end up killing yourself because of this mans inept ability to care for his patients avoid this place at all costs."

"Dr French is a gem. He’s the best psychiatrist I have had, period. Things that are characteristic of him are patience, listening, understanding, dedicated and friendly. It took me years to find a good psychiatrist and when I found Dr French, I stuck with him. He’s awesome in every way and his appointments are always good and productive, regardless if it’s in person or via zoom.
