Reviews of SOL Mental Health
"Incompetence doesn't even start to describe the administrative staff nor the provider I was assigned. DO NOT go here unless you wish to be charged an exorbitant fee only to discover 5 mins in to the appointment that it was made in error by the staff and the provider you have an appointment with is sorely underqualified. Out of pocket hundreds of dollars and absolutely no service was provided. You all should be ashamed of yourselves."
"“SOL” really needs to get it together. Changing the name isn’t going to change the dysfunction. Administration and billing is an absolute mess, the online portal is a mess, trying to call to talk to someone no one has answered in days. It is really frustrating and has made the experience less than ideal. The therapists and psychiatrists are just okay… but absolutely not worth the cost to go here. I had a pretty bad experience with one therapist in particular who seemed to be attending to her own agenda. There are so many more affordable options with more experienced practitioners."
"I adore my provider and gave an extra star because of her, but the practice is incredibly unprofessional and difficult to communicate with. Refilling my prescriptions every month is a chore and my refills are constantly delayed because no one follows up if the pharmacy reaches out for questions, which is utterly unacceptable for a mental health practice. I don't appreciate feeling like I'm being held hostage because of my medications."
"This review is for the administration, not the providers. I've been coming here for a few years now, and the name may change but the bureaucratic incompetence has stayed the same or gotten worse. Irena, the office manager, has not only accepted money from me while I've been on Medicaid, then forced me to cancel it before letting me see my psychiatrist again. I have not been on Medicaid this entire year, yet out of nowhere a false claim has been made that it is active when it hasn't been. Hours have been spent on hold with health first Colorado just an order to substantiate what I already know to be true. Meanwhile, Irina cannot be bothered to make a single phone call in order to find out for herself that she was wrong in the first place. Meanwhile, I'm not even able to make an appointment to see my doctor. Do not go here. It has been an absolute nightmare working with these people."
"I am sorry to have to be writing this but my daughter Sarah who was a patient at the Collective in Denver fell to her death on Capital Peak on September 3, 2022. Evidently, she missed a therapy zoom call later that month. A year later we are still getting billed for the missed session. . I know we aren’t responsible for paying but I have to say it’s pretty upsetting to keep getting these bills. I have spoken directly with the billing company and explained the situation, but the bills keep coming. Our daughter was 35 and legally we are not responsible for any of her debts. For a place that is supposed to help people it seems like all they are thinking about is the $100 they lost because she didn’t show up at her zoom therapy appointment."
