With nearly 20 years of experience and over 25,000 hours of working with clients, our counselor uses a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR Therapy, and coaching strategies, to help individuals break through old patterns and reach their full potential.
