On a separate occasion, I had a session with Holly to chat about a stressor I've been dealing with recently. Holly's technique of using visualization, metaphors and tapping is super unique (to me). I left feeling better able to cope with the particular stressor we had discussed. Holly is skilled at various techniques to make a very curated, thoughtful experience for her clients. 10/10.
