"The doctor herself is phenomenal. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her. However, there is a lady that works at the front desk with facial piercings (which I find wildly unprofessional considering it’s a pediatric clinic) who clearly hates her job. I won’t go into detail about each interaction I’ve had with her, but none have been pleasant. I am considering moving offices because of it."

"There was a wait time of about 45 minutes after our scheduled appointment. No updates, no bedside manner from the medical assistant. When we did get put in a room, we waited even more. You aren't heard by the doctor, and it's a quick visit once the doctor actually goes in the room. Don't waste your time here and I'd look elsewhere."

"This office runs very effectively. Waiting to called back is never more than 10 minutes. The nurses are personal and caring. Once in the you may have to wait 20 to 25 minutes but it's much better than most of the other pediatric clinics. Dr. Cerniglia is knowledgeable and kind. Takes quick action and doesn't mince words in a emergency situation.She is a great doctor! She will give you honest and great advice. You won't do better going somewhere else"

"Dr. Cerniglia is amazing and down to earth! It's hard to find doctors that don't annoy me. She was always attentive to both of our children Chenoa and Channan. Dr. Cerniglia would always hold our children and listen to our concerns. She's very down to earth and comforting; she understands the everyday life of kids. Wish we could have packed you up with us and take you on our move. You are truly missed."

"This doctor and office put my child's health at risk several times. I do not believe she actually knows much about babies. On more than one occasion she would answer a question by saying "oh you don't need to know that/know that yet". Also, dealing with schedulers when you call with questions means non-stop phone tag. I've also spent upwards of 45 minutes in the waiting room."
