"The billing office doesn’t know what they are doing and because of their extra charges fraudulently I am ready to switch providers. They are charging me for an office visit on top of a physical, yes I asked one question and it should have been part of the physical. They provider spent no more than 2 minutes if that to address the issue."

"If you have any other option, do not come here. We were customers of this branch as CSHP and Davita patients and we were very happy. Ever since Optum has taken over it has been one horrible experience after another. From doctors cancelling long standing appointments at the last minute with zero alternatives, to being charged multiple times for the same services. Needless to say, after over 15 years we will be looking elsewhere."
"We just moved to the area and so i am obviously unfamiliar with pediatric offices/doctors that i’d trust examining my daughter and giving her the best care. we had our first appointment yesterday with Dr. Burke. he was amazing! super nice, knowledgeable, and easy to talk too! i don’t remember the nurses name but she wore glasses. She was friendly and fast! (daughter had to get immunizations) this place made a great first impression! thank you!"
"We've been seeing Dr. Burke for care for our infant. Our son was born oversees and first saw Dr. Burke at around 7 weeks. Dr. Burke and the nurse assisting him (Tracy) have been wonderful. They have been able to assist us with our nutrition/growth concerns and gotten us prescriptions processed that have a lot of administrative layers with the insurance company. I'm very grateful to these folks for their attention and care."
