"This location does not take walk in’s, so if your kid is sick and needs day-of care, they’ll tell you to wait until they can see you days later or go to urgent care. What kind of short-term illnesses can wait days to be treated? Not many, if any. Thus, this is not a practice that treats kids with short-term illnesses. Their primary function is to see kids for regular check ups. If you’re looking for a pediatrician to treat your sick kid, go elsewhere. If your kid never needs treatment for illnesses, this is the place for you."

"We LOVE Dr. Hollars, and would have really liked to continue working with her; however, the partners of the practice require all vaccines (outside of flu and COVID.) It's a shame that they do not support medical freedom, and I have to assume it is due to the financial incentive the insurance companies offer. We have done extensive research of our own, using reputable resources INCLUDING the CDC, and will be finding a practice that will respect the decisions have made regarding a vaccine schedule."

"Shame on the receptionists and this practice ! Last 6 months not even once they gave us a same day appointment for my sick kids. The receptionist shamelessly said there are other kids too who are sick. Shut down this practice.They dont do flu test, no strep test, no covid test, no blood work and i have no idea what this practice is for. Shamelessly said go to urgent care. And i have to call them to get this suggestion. Shame!!"

"After 17+ years at Advanced Pediatrics we will not be returning nor recommending them to friends and family. Joy Diamond is unprofessional, out of line and a jerk if you ask me. While discussing family health history, I told her dad was not in the picture, however she still brought it up several more times. And then later, when alone with my child, thought it was her place to tell him that his dad was “not responsible”. She does NOT know our story and I do not feel it was her place to have this conversation with my son. She also wanted to argue with me about disciplining my son for his grades. Also, not her place. We were there for a health check up and I was not seeking parenting advice. I could go on, but won’t. We are so simply moving on. Hope that Advanced Pediatrics gets rid of her and brings back some more empathetic people."

"I have six kids ages 3-21 and we love APA! Joy diamond is so good with the kids and makes them feel so comfortable. She is extremely thorough and spends a lot of time with them at each appointment. I highly recommend her!"
