"Susan front desk receptionist is the rudest individual I have ever encountered. They mistakenly booked me for 11:40 instead of the 11:10 I confirmed. She said it’s not her job to speak to the staff to let them know and try and accommodate. She just has to check him in for 11:40. Been taking family to this office for years. I can’t continue to support an office with service staff like this."

"Dr. McCall is the best pediatrician. He’s knowledgeable, personable and answers all our questions. My kids adore him. They have good availability and are usually able to get us in even at the last moment for sick visits."

"The doctors/nurses are wonderful and that’s worth some credit. The administrative staff you reach when calling is terrible. Without the staff you have to interact with to schedule anything they would absolutely be 5 star. Everything seems to be an inconvenience for them even when they are literally just doing the job they are paid to do. I have been coming to this practice for almost 12 years with 4 children. I almost left after one particular instance but my doctors for the kids was so amazing it overrode the experience. However, he has now retired. Although Dr.MCall has been nice I don’t have the long tenure and with him and will likely be switching providers. You shouldn’t have to be holding your breath to see who answers and dreading the call just to schedule an annual physical for your child."

"Dr. McCall and his staff are the best. My son was diagnosed with a brain tumor and Doctor McCall and his staff assists us every step of the way to make sure he gets prompt and proper care. Not to mention my husband was also Doctor McCall’s patient as a child. We chose him for two generations."
