"I have four daughters and we have been going to Rose Pediatrics for 10+ years. We loved the Denver location. For the last year or so we have been going to the Highlands Ranch office. Both of my teenage daughters felt their concerns were not listened to at their most recent appointments. It is hard and uncomfortable discussing things and not feeling validated. They have always done well with our younger children, but I do not feel like they are a good fit for teenagers or children who need more than basic care."

"Very disappointed in our recent visit to Rose pediatrics. My daughter's have always seen Dr Harr and she has always been amazing. This morning my children saw Tori and I have never been so disgusted with someone's attitude before. We are so disappointed in how poorly she treated both my children as well as myself during their wellness check. As well as her lack of attention to detail such as my oldest daughter hitting puberty etc. We are now considering switching to another doctors office after 7yrs. Please do not let your 9-14yr old daughter's near this woman unless you want them to have severe anxiety about feminine issues."

"Dr. Tori is a dream! She always has a smile and the best advice for our little guy. The best energy you could ask for in a Pediatrician. Tara is always a nice face to see at the front desk. She is so personable and makes us feel welcome and remembered. We love Rose :)"

"I’m extremely disappointed with Rose pediatrics office… We wanted to come here as it was a close location from our house after giving birth to our daughter. However, at the first visit, her height, weight and head, percentile was not even written down or given to us. We did not receive any pamphlets on newborn babies or what to look for or important information to take home to share with my spouse. When coming back for a weight check, I asked for clarification around newborn information and pamphlets, and was told specifically from the doctor “We don’t do that here“ What a complete disservice to new time families of newborns! At the last pediatricians office that my older son went to, they gave us informational pamphlets at every single wellness visit up to age 5. For Rose pediatrics not to give Information or paperwork on a child’s wellness visit is just wrong! And nothing was in the portal besides a summary of the visit. There was no helpful tips or tricks, milestones, upcoming vaccinations, phone numbers to their office, near by urgent cares or hospitals, or even poison control. My gut about this office was completely right as after only two visits with our newborn. We switched our care to Greenwood pediatrics and I have attached a picture of all the informational packets that they gave us just at that very first visit for my daughter’s 2 week visit. Greenwood pediatrics also called us with lactational support! Which Rose peds did not do and instead said we needed to start formula if she couldn’t make her birth weight by her 2 week appointment. I truly feel bad for any new time, mother, or father, who takes their newborn baby to Rose Pediatrics. This office is doing families a disservice by not properly educating them on newborns!"

"My experience with Rose pediatrics has always been great. I honestly enjoyed going to the Denver location better.They have great providers pediatricians and medical assistants, however these last two appointments that I’ve had at the Highlands Ranch location my experience, checking in with front desk has not been the best. I think they should just step up their customer service game a little bit and acknowledge people, to be a little bit friendlier more welcoming. I’ve been in the public health and customer service field for many years. I just feel like they should work on greeting people better. A smile and a friendly greeting shows customers they’re welcome and positively impacts their overall experience. I’m just trying to be honest and take it as a way of improving your front desk staff."
