"HORRIBLE! My 82 year old mother tested positive for Covid at home. Their office policy is they must see the patient in office in order to call in a prescription. They never have any openings and they told her to go to urgent care. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Worthless!"
"Dr. Ives, is borderline evil. I think she may have chosen her profession in order to more thoroughly hurt people, there is no other explanation for someone who dislikes patients as much as she does to have chosen to work with them. Asking this Dr. for help, puts your life in danger, and it has put mine in danger twice. She is dangerous."
"I've been seeing Dr ives for a while, her bedside manner isn't the best. At least three other patients before me have been mislead regarding their visit. The office staff always seems to be confused and often communication with patients is lacking. This year I have decided not to return as I am done with the lack of communication. The patient portal is never updated, spent over an hour waiting for simple blood draw, test results are rarely updated in my file."
"BEWARE!!! If you have loved ones do not go here. They Cherry picked my grandmother who was wealthy and was put into a home where she passed away because Dr Ives testified against her in court. She wanted to pass in her home. ..."I CARE, ALOT" is a movie you absolutely need to watch, to understand how these people operate. I would never wish anything like what dr Ives did to my family on anybody. My grandmother didn't deserve this because of greed of these people."
"Before we moved to NM, I was a patient of Dr. Ives for over 10 years. I read a critical review and thought I would respond with my perspective. Her staff was awesome and responsive and Dr. Ives was very thorough. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment and I had Dr. Ives undivided attention when I was there. That said, I went in with notes and kept my questions & answers to her brief and to the point....just the facts. I didn't want to take up her time or mine. If we ever move back to Colorado, I would definitely want Dr. Ives as my internist again."
