"Art & I were traveling to our volunteer position in AZ & made a stop in Santa Fe. Art wanted to replace his now worn hat purchased from Parts Unknown a couple years earlier. The Santa Fe location did not have his hat & while he found another - he also wanted one like his current hat. Store Mgr Terri went out of her way to get Art his hat. She offered him a 15% coupon to order both hats online. And she called their other store locations & found the replacement hat at their AR location. Both stores shipped the hats to our volunteer location in AZ. Outstanding customer service & a great price for both hats."

I was helped by the greatest woman (sorry I don't know your name) and she patiently provided shoe after shoe...until miraculously, there it was! "Parts Unknown is an upscale clothing store with a slant towards Western. They carry men's and women's clothing, decidedly more for women. I was there recently and the selection and service were impeccable. The sales personnel, particularly Mira, were all gracious, helpful, and not pushy. I was offered advice, assisted in my selection and ultimately purchased a couple of items. Absolutely nothing bad to say."
