"I had two pairs of Clark's boots that I bought in 2010 that each had the heel pulling away from the shoe along with scuff marks on the toes. I brought these boots in to Security Boot & Shoe Repair and within a week they repaired them both. The boots look just about new, and I have enjoyed wearing them almost daily throughout the winter months. After the boots, I also brought in a leather purse that I purchased in Italy 5 years ago for repair. It was returned in great condition, and I am now able to use it daily. Overall, I was very happy with all my repairs and the great customer service. Thank you!"

"I brought a shoe in to be fixed. when I got it back I noticed that they had not finished stitching the top side of the tear. I called to let the owner know that there was still a open seam on the top part of the shoe, he became very defensive and angry stating that the person who stitches his shoes would not of did that . He also referenced that the shoe was ripped by my dog which why does that matter the shoe needed to be fixed. All I wanted was to just get my shoe fixed. The owner did finally say he would make it right and to bring the shoe back in to be fixed. I not only brought the shoe back in to him but also another shoe that needed to be fixed. A few days later I get a call from the owners wife telling me to come get the shoes because they decided that I was too picky and they would not fix any of my shoes. She was yelling at me and was so rude. All I wanted was to get my shoes repaired, I even told them they didn't need to be perfect just stitched so I could wear them. My husband has brought many many boots in there for repair and we never had a problem. I still can't believe this owner refused to fix my shoe because I brought to their attention the mistake on the shoe. There are good business's that will be honest and do a good job so they will get my families business."

"I have a 1/2" lift put on my left shoes and every shoe he has done for me, has been of exceptional quality. Unless I point it out, people don't even notice the lift. It blends well and holds up to my weight and activity. I've had tennis shoes, dress shoes and kickboxing shoes all done with a 1/2" lift."
