Crocs at Denver Premium Outlets

"I asked an employee if they had a size in the back and their reply was “I can see but it’s going to take awhile” while acting annoyed. It only took them 2 mins. They just didn’t want to. The shoe had a larger gash & kind of looked worn which we brought to their attention and they went into the back and came out with a “brand new never warn pair” um what?! So was the pair I was given not new? Just not a great experience."

"Two Saturdays in a row and your store is closed. This is absolutely ridiculous. You’re not even keeping your posted hours. It was 5:09 when we walked up. Still plenty of people walking around and other stores are still open. If your employees can’t handle working the posted hours, you need new ones. Either hours or employees or both! There is no reason to be closing early when the Outlets are still open. What a joke!"

"They have tons and tons of different styles of shoes except the ones that I have been looking for like the puffy boot. Their prices are okay, actually some of our local stores have better prices for the same thing. And they're accessories are super expensive, like $5 a piece for the charms."

"Your customer service sucks. Your associates pick and choose who to help when walking in. I was prepared to buy my kids crocs and get some charm things but being completely ignored I walked out. When your associate looks at you then just goes back to talking to the other associate instead of doing their job and assisting your going to lose business."

"I called and asked if I could exchange a pair of Crocs and was told I could. I then took the time to drive all the way to the store just to find out I couldn’t exchange the pair because they don’t stock them. I understand the reason why, but why couldn’t that have been explained on the phone before driving all the way to the store? This location needs to work on customer service."
