"The medicine practiced here is excellent. The office staff is extremely lacking. Need to make your next appointment or refill your prescription? Good luck. Be prepared to wait over 20 minutes on hold to speak to some one. Around minute 22 of being on hold you will be forced to leave a message. There has yet to be a correct amount of accurate information you can leave on the voice mail that will get you a call back or refill in 24 hours. Leaving your name, date of birth, summary of need and phone number twice while speaking slowly does not work. You will then need to call again and do this two days later. The same results will be had. Both setting up appointments and refilling prescriptions will be met with this problem. Thus ask for several years worth of prescriptions from the provider and limit how often you will get 0 more refills is most practical. Next you will have to walk in for a solution. The front desk is incapable of anything without inquiring about every aspect of your life. Thus be prepared to give the secretary your list of prescriptions, some social security number, address, date of birth, reason for visit, in front of everyone in the waiting area (this is a HIPAA violation). Do not be surprised if your blood type and bank account passwords will also be asked for. All this said once you get past the front desk the medical staff are great. The care is excellent. So for this office your best bet is to see that you need an appointment or refill at least 7 days in advance, fill out your information on a piece of paper (make two copies in case the first gets lost) with a description of what you need, just go to the office and hand the piece of paper to the front desk like a bank robber so they don't violate HIPAA, then sit down in the lobby and wait for them to solve your problem. Do not depend on your pharmacy requesting refills. The pharmacy will do exactly what they should but the pharmacy will not hear back unless you walk into this office to inquire about the refill. From the other reviews perhaps my experience is not common."
