ALL of the operators have been rude and cannot give her an answer as to when she can expect a scheduler to respond (especially the woman from the Englewood branch, who has no empathy for a newly diagnosed cancer patient). Hopefully, Dr. Benton doesn’t lose patients due to these horrible staff members."
