"ZERO STARS. Gerald Brown is a shell of a human devoid of empathy. He told a breast cancer warrior who he’s worked with for years that he’s surprised her husband hasn’t left her yet when referring to her physical appearance. He followed that up with a casual ‘thank god for makeup’ , and asked her not to return to the office ‘until you have hair’. If this cold ,cruel manner of communication is the way he interacts with colleagues, I shudder to think how he speaks to patients and families. I am disgusted with his callous, disrespectful and downright SHAMEFUL behavior and would NEVER recommend even my worst enemy to this poor excuse for a physician."
