Then I took it to get hemmed and the seamstress I went to gave me my dress and bag back dirty and smelling strongly of fake fragrance. I called Susie at Springs Bridal panicking and she offered to wash my dress and press it for me in two days so I would be ready for my wedding. She is a life saver and I am very grateful! "Absolutely LOVE the dress I got. I'm very self-conscious, and going in to try dresses on, I thought that I was about two sizes bigger than I actually was in the end. Kali helped me figure it out and was very kind to me when i mentioned some of my insecurities in certain dresses. They stayed within my price range (which was under $500) and never tried to sell me anything outside of my price range. My dress ended up being around $300 and I was so happy! They were very pleasant and kind and welcoming, answered all of my questions, and found a great tux for my husband to wear at our wedding as well, hes never worn a Tux and was unaure how it would look as well, but he looked so good (as always :-)). I had to do very minimal alterations to my dress, and I'm so pleased with the way it looked on me. I was very confident on our special day and I love the pictures that we ended up with!! Thank you Springs bridal! 1000000% recommend to anyone! Kali (pronounced kaylee) was so understanding and professional during the trying on process, and absolutely validated how I felt and what I wanted and felt pretty in. The owner/manager of the store and Kali ordered my dress on short notice, and it was ready for me to pick up the day it came into the store. They did everything they could to rush it so that I could do my alterations in time, which took a week and put me about 4 days before my wedding.... so yeah, really short notice. Thank u thank u!"

"WOW! Springs Bridal checks ALL the boxes! Amazing, respectful and TALENTED staff! Susi helped me try on a vast selection of wedding gowns from what I "thought" I was looking for, all the way to dresses I would have never selected but fell absolutely in LOVE with!!! This was my first stop to try on dresses and she nailed every dress in size, every single one was a perfect fit! Unfortunately, I did end up buying my dress elsewhere, but I will happily refer Springs Bridal to everyone I know! The service was excellent from start to finish, the pricing couldn't be beat, and we had a wonderful time! Thank you Susi!"
