"Would not recommend. Despite multiple confirmations that we would have our Logo mats returned to us after our contract ended, they wanted to charge for each Logo specific floor mat with our business name on it. They said that if we wanted them, we could buy them; otherwise they would be disposed of. During the Covid shutdown during 2020 and 2021, they refused to adjust or change their program to accommodate our business challenges. They expected their monthly payment, despite our business sales department being shut down for multiple months. After over a decade of using their service, when we wanted to see about cancelling our contract, the buy out was for the entire remaining balance of our 6 year contract with no adjustment for Covid difficulties or lose of business."
