"If I could put 0 stars I would. I went in for an interview today that I applied for two weeks ago and during the two week period I’ve been receiving emails and messages over how excited they are to meet me. I get there and right off the bat, the employee area where everyone eats for lunch is disgusting. There’s food and crumbs all over the table. I sit and wait for the manager or whatever she is to show up, which she was late to the interview, I could understand if the store was busy but no one was there besides the workers. She does show up though and she introduced herself and we go to the back into someone else’s office. I sit down and I’m asking how much the luxury beauty advisor pays and such and she then informs me how she already filled that position two weeks ago. I kinda just stare at her thinking why was I not informed or called or emailed or something and she continues to offer me a job that I’m overqualified for that pays $15 an hr. Not only am I irritated that I wasn’t informed about the job being filled which is whatever, but now you’re offering me a job I’m overqualified for and it’s only part time. It’s highly disrespectful, and I now understand why there is a 3.6 rating on this store. If someone above her is seeing this, you’d probably get better ratings if you had a better manager. It just shows how unprofessional she is. Thank you and I wish the store well."

"I just purchases a 1 Oz bottle of guilty by gucci, $95. The box had a metal giraffe inside....no perfume. I took it back to the store and was told that sephopra can not refund or exchange the item and I had to contact gucci. I called and spoke to an associate at gucci and was informed that unless I purchased it through gucci there is nothing gucci can do. I called swphora back and was told that since they did not package it there was nothing they could do for me. Don't go to Sephora for any of your fragrance needs or you might get a paperweight and lose $100 or so. Absolutely ridiculous"

"Most of the time it’s a great experience! Today two very helpful employees helped me with shade matching and checking the stock of an item I wanted. However, the last two times I have been here, the associate working the register seemed completely out of it. She was falling asleep while ringing my items up, she forgot several of my items, and she was muttering to herself/speaking gibberish. She also didn’t give me a receipt. I was really uncomfortable and the other associates were nowhere to be found. Not sure what’s going on but super weird."

"I was just here purchasing some perfume from Sephora and I just had to give a shout-out to Mel! She was the only one in the store while I was there, and was incredibly patient with all of the other customers. She was prompt and friendly with getting me my product and helpful when asked questions. She’s doing a great job!"

"I will say that as a person of color this is one of the better options when it comes to shopping. My experience here while not great,it was ok. I walked in and the store associate greeted me and no one bothered me while I shopped. I didn't get the product I was looking for but I was able to get something that I have always wanted but sold out everywhere. Now while no-one bothered me, walking back and font in the same direction that I am in is not very discret ladies. It is definitely better that briagate."
