Reviews of Coats for Colorado
"I’ve called this place . They say they give coats to non profits and send you on wild goose chases all over the place to find out who these people are and where. They are very active when it comes to to ask you what you can do for them with donations or help and no help available for the PLAIN regular person as to where to go to get a coat. Horrible one way street scam. Non profit? . I doubt it. All coat donations “go to organizations” maybe Goodwill , ARC who knows ? is my guess, but that is what they tell you when you call to ask and inquire ( organizations) . They are not working on any personal level towards the guy on the streets looking for a coat. No help there AT ALL. You literally are so foreign to them when you call. And no leads or advice where , when to , go to to . Again they just tell you to go to another web site only after insisting on an answer. And nobody is at these sites. For arguments sake , Who living on the streets has internet ? It is so hard to get a free coat if you aren’t hooked up to one of their outlets whatever wherever whoever they are. Because they don’t say who these organizations are. By name. Don’t deal with these guys unless you want to donate time , patience , coats , money , or volunteerism. These People are on the take , not out for the giving. Plain and simple. And they make it extremely hard if all you want is a coat. Giving a coat don’t do them any good and definitely don’t belong with this organization . They act like you robbing them for asking questions . Don’t give giveaway dates. Nothing. They hide too well when it is time to show up , to open up what they advertise as . Givers? Freebies? They don’t Open up. They don’t give anything away very easy if at all. What else is new?. People taking advantage of the disadvantaged. Just free advertising trying to P. R. Their way into making themselves look good. There is a profit in that business. Believe it or not. I’m buying a coat at a second hand store because it is so much CHEAPER in so many other and better ways. Price is WAY to high with these guys . Way to high. No doubt about it. Maybe I am supposed to lay myself out in the middle of s street and say, Advertise myself as in need ” I love ❤️ Coats for Colorado” . To pay for my coat. Got to be something they looking to do besides giving a coat away UNCONDITIONALLY. No rocket science here . Not hard to read between those indirect lines of operations , communications here."
