"Peggy was an absolute savior for me this Saturday! I needed a gift embroidered last minute and thankfully she was able to still provide me that last minute service with such grace. Turns out my gift was unable to be embroidered but she suggested another option which was for her to make an embroidered patch. It ended up working out better than ever! "I had 2 robes embroidered by Peggy, the owner of Initial Impressions, and I could not be happier! I was a picky customer as I needed each robe to have its' own individual logo & text. Peggy worked with me during the design/layout process and was very attentive & a great communicator. She was also quick to get these done for me. Do not hesitate to have your embroidering done by Initial Impressions. It's a great local, small, women owned business. I included pictures of the back side of the embroidery also. So neat & tidy!"

"I’m sad I have to give Peg a bad review but I don’t feel as though I have a choice. I had a couple polos embroidered by her for my woodworking business and while the embroidery itself is nice, the location is totally wrong. I told her I wanted on my front left breast and it is on my shoulder. I called and she refused to refund me only offered to re-do it in the future however I am on a time crunch and don’t have the ability to do that. If you go with this business for your embroidery make sure you review the location of the embroidery. On the women’s small polo she didn’t scale down the logo size either and it looks wrong as well. These are not cheap polos that are now no good, and the fact she wouldn’t refund me the embroidery cost speaks to this business. Edit: I had to call Peg back and complain more to get the cost of the embroidery back, but I am still out the cost of the shirts. I’m updating to two stars because at least I got my $ back. ☹️"
