"Employee working the floor did not offer assistance and seemed preoccupied with a person I’m assuming was their girlfriend. I even approached them to ask a question and they ignored me. Also, the ad on the windows makes a big deal out of a red dot sale but when you go in, there’s a tiny area of where the red dot items are. Seems more like a ploy to get business rather than offer decent discounts. Staff seemed stressed and unenthusiastic. Giving 3 stars because we at least got the shoes we needed and the negligent employee finally acted like they worked there getting the matching shoes we needed when we were checking out."

"Didn't have the size of shoes my fiance or myself wanted but one of the staff members told us about the option to order the sizes we needed online and told us the site would deliver to the store or to our house for free. Super clean, well organized and helpful. Definitely my favorite local shoe store!"

"Friendly attentive staff. Did not find any snow boots in my size there as they would have had to ordered them and I needed them for an upcoming trip n a day so I couldn't wait for an order to arrive. But clean and organized. I'd go back if they carried more shoes in a wide."

"Went in to find black boots size 6. They had 3 pairs of boots left that were a size 6. So I go asked the salesperson if they sold all their size 6 boots. He told me yes believe it or not. I say BS! What do you do? Get in one size 6 for every other style? In a town where 50% of the women wear size 6? I use to spend a lot of money in there. Not anymore. Amazon has plenty of size 6 which are $10 cheaper. Save your gas and shop Amazon. I came home and ordered 2 pairs!"
