"I have nothing but rave reviews for Ephemera! This artsy little fine dining space holds so much magic. The open kitchen layout allows guest to see the action while these amazing Chef's prepare some of the most stunning plates I've ever seen. They offer a delectable 7 Course tasting menu but also you can get a la carte, oysters, or just a cocktail and hang out! The vibe is so accessible and open. I always opt for the salad and they are super accommodating for any dietary needs. Ephemera is easily the best restaurant in Colorado Springs hands down."

"Let me start out by saying we came here January of 2023 and it was AMAZING! We live in Virginia and my husband had work in co springs a few weeks back so I flew back just to go to this place and my gosh what a disappointment! First off- we were told it was a 7 course meal- we were only given 6 courses. Photos included of each course. We were there Sunday the 8th. Super loud music outside the restaurant- not their fault but just not the atmosphere we wanted. Sitting at the bar also wasn’t as fun as the first time as they didn’t interact with us this time and had more things blocked on the bar vs before where you could see the chefs cooking and ask questions. When we were there in January everything in the dish was explained in great detail- this time there was hardly any explanation. The fish was really dry. Nothing wow’d me this go round. We left hungry and that’s saying a lot bc we aren’t big eaters and we also left highly disappointed."

"One of the best meals I’ve ever had. Definitely go for the chefs tasting menu. Service was excellent. All around a great place. Every single dish of the chef's tasting menu blew us away. The head chef delivered each of our dishes and gave us a description of each. We had a great seat at the counter and watched the chef's cook the entire time. It was a truly excellent experience."
