"I received wonderful care after having spine surgery . The two DPTs are excellent ,knowledgeable and caring . The dry needling exercises & treatments I received helped me in my recovery.Monica the PT assistant is great too . I highly recommend them."
"My Dad had a stroke last year in which his left arm and leg were effected. We were referred to Quality Rehab Physical Therapy. We could not have found a better place for him. The office staff to the therapist are always so nice. They make you feel like family. They not only worked with the physical side, but they would sit and explain what was going on and answer any questions we had. They had all the equipment that my Dad needed and it was apparent that they take pride in their work place. Quality Physical Therapy had a major role in my Dad's Rehab and getting him back up on his feet. Thank you to everyone there."
"I had great experiences at this clinic in 2023 and have tremendous respect for the physical therapists there. However, in early 2024 the clinic fired me as a patient before I even saw my PTs for my referral. On the day I was scheduled, I had cold symptoms and told them and it lead to them canceling my appointment, which put me over the number for their cancellation policy even though I was told that was not happening. In fact on the phone at the time of cancelling, they assured me it was fine and they had already rescheduled me for the following Thursday. In short, they removed me from the schedule since yesterday without my consent and decided never to treat me again on the basis of me having had too many cancellations, after telling me that was not going to happen. I called at 8:35 in the morning on the day I was scheduled and told them my kiddo had been sick and I had some congestion, I didn't know if I needed to reschedule as it could just be allergies so I didn't want to cancel. I told them I'd get back in touch later in the day if it didn't get better. At 8:45, they called me back and told me they were canceling the appointment even though I told them I was, and I quote, "terrified of losing access to this much needed care." The person on the phone assured me this was not at risk and rescheduled me for next Thursday, noting how their own recent battle with COVID had been a difficult thing and that it had started similarly to my symptoms that morning. Ok, I thought, no problem, we'll get it going next week and I'll be on my way back to feeling better. Then, today, they call and tell me I have too many cancellations and am not welcome as a patient. They said they were not aware of that policy being after just two cancellations yesterday, as they had believed it to be three, but now they know and since it is their policy, it applies to me regardless. I feel I was made to take an action that cost me my care, in the middle of my injury still needing treatment. Last year their policy was three cancellations and that was what I was told on the phone yesterday too. I had previously had to reschedule this year because my two year old had a virus and the house was sick then too. It's been a brutal respiratory virus season for us, as for many, I know. They told me at that time that it was not a problem too. Now, they say there is no process for appealing the decision to turn me away, which is final. I feel like because I had the misfortune of needing care during respiratory virus season, and because I was responsible and let them know rather than just coming in and exposing people, they're unwilling to finish my treatment that was interrupted last year. The PTs last year had me significantly improved from my second bout with injury, but it wasn't fully resolved when my insurance ran out in late October. I went to great lengths and at no small expense to obtain insurance to resume my care with the team of people I trust, I got everything in place, yet for trying to keep them and their other patients healthy, and despite being told otherwise yesterday, now I'm not welcome. I remain grateful for the care I got from the PTs I had last year, they are excellent and professional, caring and helpful, and I was looking forward very much to finishing the job with them on this referral and new insurance. I am extremely saddened that I will not be able to continue the good work with them that had been helping me so much, and have to try to find people who can help someone with a history of major spine injury and surgery as well. I'm not looking forward to that search, especially under such conditions."
"Quality Rehab is a great physical therapy office! The DPTs are incredibly knowledgeable and provide wholistic solutions for recovery and performance improvement. The PTAs provide consistent and upbeat attitudes to help with exercises. Each session is wrapped up with a "massage" of afflicted areas and E-Stim to help with pain. Dr. Jason will even do dry needling upon request which was a huge help!"
