She’s always friendly & makes sure the kitchen is on top of orders and I love how she covers her hands with a napkin before picking up my fries, etc. The restaurant is always clean, I’ve never had a bad experience at this location and my food is always good! "As we ordered our food a lady that took out order yesterday night kept repeating our order wrong. We didn't want the famous sauce and just asked if they can make it with out and add the mayo or ranch the lady said yes and added more that we didn't want to our order and said our order wrong 5 times... " so you don't want the meat and lettuce she kept asking us”. We repeating ourselves 3 times or 5 times as we were 3 in the car and said we will just pull up to the window to make it easier for her to hear us the #1 , 6 nuggets onion ring and not sure exactly what else my friends asked for but if they ordered the 3 cheese burgers the lady said 5 cheese burgers... As we pulled up we repeated our order again and seemed she understood and seemed impatient, angry and frustrated... She over charged us from 33$ plus went to 38$ she closed the window in our face and just as we got the card out I wanted to tip a dollar but I was told not to this time. We got our order correctly and asked for sauces for the 6 pice nuggets and for our fries from #1 famous. .? meal and we wished her Happy New Year. As we arrived at home the sandwich that my friend ordered was incorrect and said something is missing."

"I haven’t been here in a long time and that is my mistake. I got a Gold digger double cheeseburger combo with bacon. The bacon double cheeseburger also had a gold BBQ sauce on it. The fries were right out of the fryer- crispy and crunchy with just the right amount of salt…. Fries are very good at Carl’s Jr. and and Ice cold Coca Cola to wash it down. The service was great. I would highly recommend Carl’s Jr. for Lunch or dinner."

"I always enjoy a good burger and Carl's never disappoints. Staff was friendly and food came out quickly. Place was clean and well maintained. I don't order them, but the chicken is really really good. How do I know? My daughter orders them every time, always more than she can eat and I always get at least one tender from her leftovers."
