"I called and scheduled a next day appointment for 80 minutes with Lisa after she informed me she had a cancellation. This would have been the first time that we had a session. I showed up for my appointment on time and waited online for 40 minutes before she showed up. She informed me that another client showed up and she had gotten carried away. She also stated that she thought our appointment was scheduled for an hour after it actually was and that we could still do our 50 minute appointment. When I asked if we could do the 80 minute appointment that we initially agreed upon, she said that I was right and said that we could still do the 80 minutes. At this point i was discouraged from feeling as if Lisa cared about me and cancelled. This was an extremely unprofessional introduction to Lisa’s services. Lisa seemed as though she would have been compatible, but I think I will try to find a therapist who pays attention to detail and takes their client’s time seriously."
